Congrats to my friend Jenn on her marriage this past weekend. Nikki and I were both in the wedding down in Orlando, and it was a beautiful day and a cool ceremony. I wish Jenn and Will the best! It was an honor to stand up with them on their special day, although I had a horrible stomach virus and was just trying to not pass out. :-) I put a picture of Jenn, Nikki and me below. For the real pics, check out Chris and Katie Torres' blog [www.6offourcreations.blogspot.com] - they are fantastic photographers!

A New Adventure Begins!
Hi everyone! I am very excited to be starting a blog where I can keep you posted on all the newest adventures going on in life. I hope you will check this often so we can stay in contact as I move to Boston, and all of you please post responses whenever you get a chance!
As everyone knows, my brother and I are moving to Boston at the first of July. While this is a somewhat scary step, I am actually really looking forward to beginning this journey. Michael and I went up to visit Boston about a week-and-a-half ago, and we loved what we saw. We are going to be living northeast of the city, right on the North Shore. We found a fabulous little place to live, and when you walk out our front door, the shore is literally about a hundred yards away. It's so beautiful. We've obviously grown up in the south, so the beaches we've been exposed to have sand and are flat. The shore up there is rocky but beautiful in its own way. The towns are so peaceful and quiet and life is a little slower. If you're in need of adventure, you can just go into the city and find plenty to do. As weird/hard as it will be to leave, I am looking forward to getting up there and exploring a new part of the country.
At the bottom of this post, I am including a few pictures from our travels in Boston. One is a picture of the house we will be living in - our apartment is on the top floor, with a view of the ocean. Another picture is of the shore that is at the end of our street. And finally, I am including one of my favorite pictures from Fenway Park.
Whether anyone actually reads this blog or not, I thought it would be a good place to chronicle the next year and share all that God is doing in my life, as well as what is happening in a new city with lots of new experiences. Thanks for reading!
